Only 3 and that is only for the kind, older lady serving that day, as for the bloke, seemed like asking for anything was hard work. Asked kindly for a salted caramel hot choc first with cream, lady may have been quite new as she was trying to find it on the menu of the computer, asked her colleague who said she would have to add the syrup afterwards. No problem, but she realised she put a salted caramel latte instead, I told her that was okay as I was going to ask for two of those aswell anyway, so thought it would be easier for her, just to add another caramel latte and the hot choc I asked for originally on top so she wouldn't have to take anything back off the system. It seemed like that caused some confusion, so the man stepped in looking frustrated, asking what I was aking for, they both then made the drinks and I noticed the bloke hadn't put the cream on top of the hot choc he was doing so asked him. He then proceeded to tell me they don't usually serve salted caramel hot choc and that the cream should be charged as extra, already paid 60p extra for the syrup. Just think he was being funny as I knew he hadn't added the cream and didn't take kindly to me asking him. I have never had trouble ever with asking for syrup and cream on a hot choc in any other greggs, this being the only one. Besides I had already asked for it from the start and he didn't say anything then! Shame won't be going back to that greggs again. I felt for the lady as she came across nice.

Mediocre at best when it comes to breakfast. Luke warm breakfast rolls with stodgy bread.
Coffee is ok though.

I used the click and collect system for the first time in the Monmouth Greggs. Unfortunately it wasn't working so the staff didn't get my order, but got it all together for me in minutes and upgraded my hot chocolate to a large as an apology, and even offered me a free sweet treat! I didn't catch their names but they were 2 younger male members of staff, incredibly friendly and very polite!
The staff here are always fabulous and make a chain restaurant have that real personal touch. Thank you so much guys!
