Lovely coffee shop with a good selection of pastries and sandwiches etc. Has a small nice covered outdoor area with seating for the kids which makes it safer for them. Great staff and good coffee! Mix of visitors from laptop workers to family groups

The coffee was very good and the atmosphere was lovely. I visited with my girlfriend and asked to stay in, but was initially served our drinks in takeaway cups. Once I raised this, the staff kindly remade the coffees, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that when my girlfriend ordered a macchiato, the server felt the need to explain what it was, which came across as a little unnecessary?she wouldn?t have ordered it if she didn?t already know. Overall though, a nice experience.

Really nice coffee, and the cookies is a perfect match with the coffee. I had a flat white, nice and strong, I don?t put any sugar in my coffee, the sweetness of the cookies is good enough to have it on its own or a bite with the coffee.

This good be 5 star all the way but sadly thw service is shocking been here about 8 times now and sadly no one looks to be in charge which means customers sit around for ages for their food and drinks. The food and drinks are very good and the atmosphere is fantastic but please please please give the staff direction!!! Have a friendly face on the tills to meet and great and SMILE then get people sat down and deliver the drinks instead of always having at least half a dozen stood around looking awkward. Sadly this is the first negative review I have ever given an it's not a personal attack but constructive advise please take this as wanting you to be 5 star all the way

Stopped here on way back from a visit to Symonds yat. Not much was open and we were hungry but this didn't disappoint. There was enough choice there and the sandwiches selected were cooked quickly and tasted good. Thanks guys.

We Love the coffi lab shops. We visit with or without the dog. Drinks and food are delicious. and the staff are helpful and friendly.
There's a selection of cakes, and hot/cold snacks and sandwiches. Dog treats and drinks can be purchased too.
The venues are pretty clean.
I like the simple modern decor and design.
