Great coffee well made - love the iced coffee specials which look pretty and taste great! And the mousse cakes are to die for! How a good coffee shop should be cheers.
If I was to change it I'd make it table service but appreciate it's probably too busy for that - just a pain queuing while missing out on chat time with my mate.

S-L-O-W. Staff does not listen to the order and prepares it in slow motion. Also understaffed, making things worse - queued for 15 mins before my order was even taken.

Needs better air conditioning to cool the place down better but can always sit outside. Staff and manageress were friendly and welcoming.

I Like the Nero Cafes,never go to Costa, unfortunately on several occasions I've visited this one it desperately needs another member of Staff on a Saturday,(2 isn't enough)its always a very busy day,especialy when the weather is miserable, luckily for myself I got served before they ran out of clean cups and saucers as there was no one to sort the dirty ones out,K
