I just wanted to say what a wonderful job Harriet did of my haira few weeks ago.Helen who used to work at the salon used to cut and colour my hair and did a sterling job. However, sadly she left Andrew Bayliss and received a call from the salon to notify me of this. I have to say, so I was a bit worried about someone new cutting my hair. Absolutely appalling!I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to pre-warn. I booked my hair for half a head of highlights and a cut and finish. I took photos of the desired look, the hairdresser Libby said no problem. Then it was decided to gey the desired colour I would need a full head of highlights, which I agreed. Foils were in, I politely asked the hairdresser if it was OK to stand outside for a breather, it's very stuffy in there, I was the second time outside when an elderly lady approched me, started shouting at me to go inside or the colour wouldnt take, she was very old and very rude, and I was embarrassed to find that she was the assistant manager, one of the girls were saying she's a dragon. I was back in the chair, the hairdresser was huffing and puffing, clearly she was tired and ready to finish. The girl put the toner on and said I could come back for the cut tomorrow, which I didn't want to do. The girl then said she would just cut it and rough dry the hair. I would of liked it finished and straightened but she had to close up, fair enough. They then couldn't take the finish off the price, said to call back in. I left after paying £120 with soaking wet uneven hair, after blowdrying it the cut was uneven. The colour is awful and looks like I have roots. I then decided to make a complaint or at least get the money back and get it done correctly, fair enough. I emailed the salon, then called the salon several times before speaking to Andrew, whom said to come in and he would have a look. I went into the salon and he had a look, said the colour was fine, then went onto say that Libby had told me we would have to build up to that colour, an outright lie! Andrew wouldnt listen. Then the cut, he would correct after telling me that libby had said she struggled to cut my hair as i was moving and she had to ask me to stay still. That was an outright lie, she never asked me once to sit still, she never once said I was moving, the cut was uneven as she was rushing to get home. Andrew wanted me to sit in the chair and let him cut it, bare in mind he had just had this conversation very loudly about my hair and all the staff were all listening, no I didn't want him to touch my hair by this point, I just wanted a refund for the cut and the money owing so that could start again. I was utterly shocked! when Andree said that we aren't allowed a refund as he doesn't do them, this wasn't just a refund this was money owed, absolutely unbelievable. I hope you read this Andrew and reflect on how you managed this situation, and deal with your clients more apropriately. I just hope that you listen, If you take anything from this, I have never met such a rude man!.Service: Hair coloring

Eve was so great! I was there for 6 hours, came in with red hair that had faded to a baby pink further down the hair but still a hot pink at the root wanting to change to go back to my natural brown with money pieces. She was a star staying so long to perfect it, and it looks insane!! My hair feels so healthy and gorgeous too considering the hair stripping, bleaching and toning of money pieces.
