“My wife had a problem as she thought with a payment taken out of her a/c. The staff who she spoke to on the telephone were very nice and helpful. She went into the store to speak to the manager a week later. The manager couldn’t help enough, and pointed her in the correct direction. What a helpful manager Sainsbury’s you should be proud of Mynydd ISA store and it’s staff.??”

“Just come back from tesc in Mold. Couldn't find what I was looking for . It was a spiced rum on offer for 2 more days. I asked a young boy who was putting some stock out in another part of the store, he was very pleasant and came to have a look. Couldn't find it but said they did have stock . He got a bottle from the the store in the back. I 'd just to say how pleasant and helpful he was, didn't get his name though. Lady on till very pleasant too.Thank you ?”

“Had what I wanted-- and more! Friendly guy on checkout. Easy to park but it was late afternoon. Used disabled space on nearest part of adjoining car park but there are a few blue badge spaces immediately behind store too.”
