Great glasses and great staff very professional my only disappointment is no hard case given for my two pairs of glasses purchased. Very disappointed and might use vision express again next time I need new glasses. Pouch given offers very minimal protection for your investment.

I'm not into technology but go out my way to write a review when I have received exceptional service.From the vision tests to picking my glasses the staff were professional and went that extra mile.The optician was patient, listened and gave sound advice. The lady who helped me choose my glasses was also very patient, honest, wasn't pushy but made sure I was happy with my choice. Thankyou team specsavers in Mold. I look forwards to trying on my new glasses next week!

What an absolute trick of a company. I had my eyes tested here they said I needed glasses 100% of the time. I had my eyes tested at 2 separate places and I have near perfect vision. All this place wanted to do was sell me glasses. Plus when I said no they got rude about it.1 star is too many

Absolutely disgusted. Had an appointment booked in for 4.45 and I was running late due to heavy traffic. I rang ahead from the car to apologize and to see if they would still see us or whether we should turn around. I was told that as long as we were not more than 10 mins late it would be fine. I then drove 40 minutes and made the children run from the parking lot in the pouring rain and arrived exactly 10 minutes late.Jay Ryle greeted us, walked off and came back to tell us with a straight face that the optician would not see us as he registered our arrival at 4.56No compassion, no empathy, no customer service. I am disgusted beyond belief.

A 1st class service from Melonie & Andrew in Specsavers Mold, for rectifying an error I made when ordering my new glasses, Andrew went above & beyond expectations in order for me to pick-up my glasses before leaving to go away on Thursday 8th October & Melonie was extremely helpful & polite on both occasions. Many thanks to you both.

Huge thanks to Julie who was working on reception today. Despite being short staffed, around 8 staff less than normal and dealing with my short temper due to not being able to wait around for a glasses collection because I had to get my daughter to work. She sorted out the glasses, and was super helpful. You've no idea how much I appreciate you going the extra mile. High praise indeed. You are a star ?

I feel that training in customer service would go down well in this store. How to speak to customers, be polite. I had to go looking for an assistant to ermm? ah yes, assist me.It didn't get better. Yes, I got my glasses and that's the best I can say about the place.I will say that the young man who scanned my eyes originally and the optometrist who completed the process, could teach the rest of the staff a thing or two about customer service and how not to treat them as "another one on the list".

The eye test was fine. However, the frames were not what I requested. When this error was fixed, I discovered that the lenses, which are the correct prescription, were not the transitional lenses. I shall be returning them to have this mistake rectified. I have always been happy with the service I have received in the past, but this is something I cannot put up with, ezpecially when the prices are so high.

Eye test was first Class, waiting area a little tight. Initially Glasses were Ok but reading glasses lens developed a sliver of plastic which could have penetrated my eye had i not spotted it. Glasses returned and lens replaced. I would have thought that your manufacturing area would have spotted something like this. It could have easily caused me problems ?

Went for a check-up for/with hubby:The check up lady [ the practitioner ] was brilliant!The assistant lady kept trying and trying to increase costs with frames and prescription glasses even though she knew we had a limited budget?She also made us feel guilty ! And refused to give infos we asked.We left not committing ourselves to THAT shop!Sorry for the other nice staff?.We ll go to another spec-savers, not that one!
