I seem to have been cheated by an Indian and Pakistani staff member for 10 pounds. I added more than 56 pounds of fuel, I gave him 70 pounds, and he returned 10 pounds to me. He put the money on the counter. He needed two 5-pound change, and asked me if I had it. I happened to have a 5-pound change, and then I took it out of my bag.I took a few pounds, and together with the 3.5 pounds he gave me, I gave him 10 pounds. He gave me 10 pounds on the table. As a result, I gave him change with my extra 10 pounds. I drove for three hours, tired and sleepy. When I got back in the car, I felt something was wrong, but I was so tired that I left without thinking about it. I was thinking about it all the way.

staff polite and friendly
shop well stocked
only gripe was the toilet absolutely stank of stale urine and could do with a bit of an update (silicone all black n dirty, puddle behind toilet. urine on the floor etc)

We just stopped here for fuel. The man behind the counter would not allow us to buy fuel until we handed over a bank card. He kept the card until fuel was filled. Its only after the shock of it I felt stupid for doing so. How can shell allow this in their stores?

I went there on 5 November at 11:51 at night. I bought a bottle of water and When we asked the staff politely can we get a bottle of coke as well, she said ?why didn?t you tell me before I will need to go again? and aren?t we paying them? It?s not like they are giving it for free. The staff was disgusting and she was very disrespectful and rude, when I told her I will complain she told me ?yes I don?t care you can do?.

On way to nightshift and stopped to get a Costa coffee from machine. Both machines not working so told young lad, who changed the milk. He closed the machine door and said its ok now, despite the display saying otherwise. Left me standing while he went to serve 4 people who came in after me!!!!!!!!! Hacked off and now running late for work, he wasn't bothered, just kept serving others and happy to keep me waiting. All I wanted was a coffee for journey to work, didn't even get that.

If you're a hgv and you're pulling in late night forget getting a drink. The place is suppose to be 24 hours meaning all facilities are open 24 hours. However \\\"health and safety\\\" says otherwise
