Nice garden centre with plenty of good stuff at reasonable prices. Doesn't open until 9am though. It states 8am on Google. Needs changing as some early birds like me will be left sitting in the car waiting.

£20 to deliver a quarter of a mile, and had to wait 9 days , place is a joke !Thorncliffs deliver next day for free, so there's my answer !Bought the shed and sleepers else where, so they missed out on a lot more business.

Fantastic as always! Their "seconds" depot on Bromfield Lane is amazing value. I bought a solid garden dining table for £30, they dismantled it and fitted it in my car boot. It is a "second" because the top has light patch where a price tag was...

I'm absolutely disgusted with this company who have made my elderly parents pay £20 for delivery of a fence panel to replace a defective one that should have been checked before delivery and not allowed out of the store. I hope that P&A are pleased with themselves for upsetting my 80 year old mother. We have spent a fair bit of money with them over the years, but they won't be having our customer ever again. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating - shame on you P&A.

Bought a shed at a bargain low price. Wasn't expecting much but very surprised how sturdy & nice it looks. Will be buying from here again.

As with other reviews, P&A seem incapable of answering their phones. Got through to the switchboard but all connected lines just timed out. Wanted to buy a couple of sheds but had to go elsewhere. They just don't seem to want the business. Are they going bust??

Ordered and paid for a garden shed, unfortunately the order was missed, I appreciate mistakes happen and I reiterated my understanding to the person I dealt with on the phone. Hovevew I found the customer service to be very rare in excellence, the issue was resolved quickly and they were apologetic. I will use this company again that's for sure.
