Ordered a gift from their website on the afternoon of Friday 22nd December. Staff made sure it was dispatched within hours and delivered the next morning!Came with a beautiful gift bag,tissue paper and a little chocolate (as well as a lovely smelling perfume sample!).Excellent customer service! Will be using them again!

Just been into Mococo in MOLD fantastic shop so clean and lovely well set out. Kayleigh who served me was so helpful. She put a charm on my bracelet for me that I had bought for my birthday and I had vouchers to buy another charm. She picked a lovely one out for me and put that on too. They are all really nice in there and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. A lovely shop for sure.
