I had a house fire recently and had to get a new phone. There was an issue installing my new lloyds app and I couldn't access the money. I went into mold lloyds and spoke to a young man named Rhys. He sat with me, was kind and patient. Got me a new password and installed the app. It was brilliant customer service. He was polite, professional and empathic. I can't thank l him enough..
