Food was really great absolutely delicious but the service was extremely slow and the attitudes absolutely shocking!!
ignored when we first went in 3/4 people walked straight past us then we waited over 20 mins for a server to come and take a drink order.
The staff stood and talked about us when we ordered food from the all you can eat menu.
Don?t advertise all you can eat if you?re not allowed to order more food!! we waited for a dessert that wasn?t given to us. At this point we couldn?t wait to leave and we won?t be going back there again the overall impression from some of the women was we where not good enough to eat there.
We normally leave a tip where we and didn?t!!

I went with a large group who wanted the banquet, I didn't just a main meal. I was made to wait while my friends enjoyed their food for over two hours !! When my meal finally arrived it was bland and tasteless I will never go again A local takeaway for me next time ????

Must have been going 20yrs which should say something. Excellent value traditional banquet backed by excellent pleasent staff with smile even though they never stop.

Dreadful experience waited over 30 mins to order a drink and further 30 to order starter. It eventually came in dribs and drabs. After a further hour of just sitting an order was taken plus drinks which never came. When it arrived we wanted to get stuck in but we all found the meals cold and the rice. They said we will bring more so another 15 mins out came the order and no rice. When we told the ladies of our experience they just virtually laughed and said we have been busy and there is nothing we can do not even a sorry just laughed. I said I wasn?t happy about it all but I was told I had to pay the bill in full which I was going out for a great evening so therefore not a problem but too be laughed at is totally disrespectful and disgraceful.

Should be ashamed to be charging full price for the service and food served.
Lady behind the bar basically laughed in our face when complaining about our experience.

Stood waiting for over an hour and still not served after pre booking and even coming earlier for them.
