Actually thought this dentist was improving when I actually managed to make an appointment.Then this morning it was cancelled-and not for the first time.Tried to call-cut off-three times.Tried to book on-line -no option to book.Just glad I'm not in pain-oh I am...They've also pushed check up's to once every twelve months.Just very poor.

Registered my child here privately as problems with old dentist and was given an appointment within a fortnight. Jonathon is great with my son very reassuring and friendly about treatment that was needed. He loves coming to his appointments.

The reception staff are always helpful and understanding. They will try and get an accommodate an emergency appointment if at all possible. Ruth knows the patients by their names just by the voice on the phone.Dr Hamner is fantastic. Pleasant, empathic and has all the time in the world for each patient no matter how busy he is. He has seen me at short notice the past 2 infections I have had and given me the care I needed. Cannot speak highly enough of him, he is a credit to BUPA

Two dentists at this place completely wrecked one of my teeth with their poor dentistry. I ultimately had the tooth removed to discover their excessive drilling (25 minutes) had created a crack in the root of the tooth. Terrible treatment.

Lovely reception staff and my dentist (Pawel) is great. Very modern and well equipped. Only snag is getting appointments. Hopefully more dentists would help.
