No soap in the toilets. Toilets and forecourt rubbish bins overflowing. Toilet floor covered in urine and smelled disgusting. Shop generally dirty. Gross place.

Place massively improved with 'Beer Cave and toilets. Why, then, has some idiot decided to deny customers the use of hand-baskets on the way in and bags on the way out! Clearly the genius management are content with customers looking at the extended range of stuff in the shop, as opposed to buying it!! I knew Wales was wierd, what with the 'Pandemic' tampon ban 20 mph speed limits. But grow up and think of your customers FFF?

The entry and exit boards are unclear. Making it unclear where to enter from. The Amazon box is behind the wall on the exit side. Making it difficult to see and access by vehicle.

Great garage ....gutted it's now asda produce in there as some of the previous independent food was very good ....all things have to change I guess so I will say it's spotlessly clean and the staff are always polite and courteous

The staff here are always very pleasant to me. I think the shop could do with a better layout. I do feel sorry for the staff sometimes as they have to be have to be a Jack of all trades. I take my parcels here because it's convenient but feel it would be better if there was a dedicated secure parcel counter away from the till area.

Friendly, helpful staff and well-stocked shop. I pick up and drop parcels here and it's one of the nicest places to do so in the area.
