One of several cafes at the marina in Milford haven, the owners seem to be doing something very right. We popped in for coffee on Sunday lunchtime and just about managed to get a seat. Good hearty food was being served all around us by cheerful energetic staff and looking at the menu the prices were reasonable. Our coffees were top quality.

Decided to go to the spinnaker for Christmas dinner. Nine of us in the party including two children and an infant. It was a cheap option and didn't expect fancy food. The whole experience was a complete disaster from starter to sweet. Everything was frozen food, except the beef. It was watery and tasteless and not warm at all. It totally took the edge of Christmas as it cost £210. Just don't go there

Food was tasty but not all stuff available. Felt a little rushed,as chairs were on tables. They took them down for us to eat but then didn't wipe table before food and drinks arrived quite off putting. Chair feet had sat on table Yuk!Would only return if I could actually see tables being cleaned properly.

We used to go here a lot, had the egg and chips as their chips used to be so good, now they tasted very oily and the eggs weren't that runny.

I ordered a cheese and ham sandwich, got a cheese and onion! The butter never reached the edges and the crusts were very dry. Halfway through I found a brown hair in the sandwich. Makes me shudder to think of me pulling that out my mouth.I've eaten here several times before but this has totally put me off from going again!

Such a lovely cafe with super friendly staff. The best fry up I have had in a long time. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the fried mushrooms were delicious.

WHAT A SHOCKINGLY RUDE PLACE TO VISIT!!!! Myself my family and a group of friends visited for a round of coffee's and cake's. The staff taking orders were polite enough but took no names with the orders or seating area or table numbers, the result was wrong orders being delivered and drinks left on a table and abandoned until we could work out who they were for between us and other guests. This also meant other visitors to the venue were being mis-served as well. I mentioned this to one of the staff members who appeared more experienced and she replied by saying we just can't get the staff. Whilst we were seated and stood around enjoying the view and the company an elderly man who was seated on the other side of the tabled area out side got up and walked over to one of the women in our group and grabbed the back of chair and told her in blunt terms to move it!! The group of 4 or 5 similarly aged people who he was sat with then started to pass prejudicial and offensive comments about us being deliberately vocal so we could hear. He then pointed out HE WAS THE OWNER!! and our seats were in an illegal position?? I kid you not there was a law about where we could sit!! I'm not an unreasonable man I understand there is also a walkway next to the cafe. If this could be a problem why have so many chairs there in the first place? Why not have some signage to indicate this? Why didn't a member of staff from inside the cafe explain this first? All simple and inoffensive ways of dealing with the issue. I'm not a young man myself and in my many years of visiting restaurants and coffee shops, even in larger groups I have never been treated this way. In this day and age to vocally discriminate against people you believe are different to yourselves is utterly shocking. I did point out to the owner and his select group of friends how rudely that they had behaved without raising my voice or using abusive language and not one of them even attempted an apology or even an apologetic look. Save yourselves some pain and go to the Crows Nest just 50 yds up from there or Marthas another fine venue. We as a group of friends will never spend another penny there neither will our friends and we are all local people so we will vote with our feet and our wallets... Thanks for an experience to forget!!

Dropped in on the day the Waverley paddle steamer docked. We joined the queue for the Spinnaker to open at 9.00 . This is a cafe used on a regular basis by many in the queue and rightly so. Lovely coffee and breakfast baps, which are realistically priced, not like many who are way overpriced ! Lovely fresh bread and good bacon/ sausage. It's on our " definitely go back again " list . Staff were friendly and cafe was clean . See you soon
