I am appalled by the service in your Merthyr Tydfil branch. Was bought a ring by my mother for christmas, she knew it was too big but the lady told her it was fine to exchange after christmas. Today i went to exchange it with the reciept as it is far to big and was told by your staff Nicola that she wouldnt exchange as it had been worn.the ring had not been worn as it was way too big and she basically called my mother a liar. This ring was sold to my mother in the exact condition it was returned and i now have a christmas gift that is no good to me as it is too big and i was refused an exchange. I will be making a complaint and put this on social media to warn people not to waste their money with youselves. I also had many other gifts from your store for christmas and my birthday that i will now return due to todays actions. Disgusting.
