Been with Vodafone for 2 years. Always having problems. Useless!!! Just avoid them especially if you are using them for business!!!

Used Ebbw Vale store for a replacement phone and broadband.Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.Good deals to be had.Served by Tash, who made me feel at ease, as I am a phone novice. No question to daft for me to ask.Store neat, tidy, clean, and easy to access, with closeby bus station and parking.Happy to recommend.

Absolutely treble they cannot even fix the problems the WiFi constantly disconnects at random times and they refuse to fix it, worse provider I have ever used

Wanted help setting up phone app as having trouble with passwords. Was told there would be a charge of £15 for them to help me. I pay over £40 a month for my phone and they will not even give me 10 minutes of there time to help me. I Phoned vodphone and was told they now charge for help with the phone app.
