Payed for the delivery on Friday told Monday day off told no driver rearrange for Wednesday day off phoned no driver rearrange to Friday first load 10.3p no show phoned and told Gareth had said Friday absolute lies will never use again bad service and liars

unfortunately, travis perkins no longer sells what I wanted to buy. I was told on the front desk.Then i discovered when I went on my account they do still sell itk rend but in different branch

I?m dealing With Travis Perkins since 2017 and so far the customer service provided by Andrew - branch manager is absolutely spot on. Best prices and deliveries as agreed. Definitely worth of recommendations.

Shocking service, 3 failed deliveries in a month, two on Fridays when the items where needed for work lined up for the weekend & 1 failed while i had holidays booked to do the work. All ordered with the english manager who informed me someone had sold my items so they had no stock to complete my delivery. It took 2wks for a refund then my wife had to go to the yard & pick up the other items. Jack in the shop was so helpful & quick to load the car up fair play to him, merthyr needs to give Jack the managers badge asap because the english div is useless.

Slow slow and slower. These boys have no sense of urgency. And could be doing with getting out of neutral. Would only be back if I was desperate.
