If could give 0 stars I would. I had a sofa from here for just over 12 months and over that period I have rang the company several times asking to repair the broken sofa as the frame beam was snapped. As I was being palmed off and being told that the ?manufacturer isn?t working today? I contacted the company via their Facebook messenger page. I explained the issue regarding the sofa beam and how I wished to go through warranty to get this sorted and the company blocked me so Im unable to contact them anymore. These sofa?s were also sold without fire labels attached which is illegal.

If I could give 0 star I wouldTook 1599 off me all smiles never seen the sofa ? sent multiple messages on Facebook,messenger and even live on Instagram when there promos of there warehouse?. Nothing no response seen all my messages, be careful of this company use a credit card at least you have protectionGood luck

All I want is a refund I placed my order 11 weeks ago and was told 6 weeks for delivery after 7 weeks I contacted the store who told me they would call me back .... never did .... next day contacted again was told they will call me back again and never did. I have contacted every week since once being told the factory had closed another saying I could get a refund if I contacted the Llantrisant store. I did this they stated they would look into it for me and never called back. In between the answered called there has also been numerous unanswered calls now they have told me I need to go to trading standards for a refund. How awful my poor children (one with special needs) have had to spend the summer holidays with no sofa as we had ours removed ready for the new. The attitude of the staff is appalling I have contacted trading standards who are really helpful but what an awful company DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Bought a corner suite and ive got to say its top quality for the price we paid had a little hiccup with the delivery but it was all sorted within an hr excellent customer service from Alex and delivery boys were friendly and super efficient will definitely buy from here again and I will absolutely recommend

Updated.Still no sofa and now the owner is ignoring me.Now going legal. Stay away from theseHad a call from the owner who has been absolutely wonderful and corrected the below. New sofa is now ordered.ordered a 2 and 3 seater sofa2 minutes after purchasing was advised only 2 x 2 seater available and due to lockdown will deliver these and swap a 2 seater to 3 seater.Been chasing them. Been promised end of September that my 3 seater will be delivered and now 9th October and still waiting. Luckily I have all messages from them to show that they agreed to swap so now taking it all the way.Shouldn?t have to take legal action over a sofa but I won?t stand for poor service. Only interested in your money and don?t care about after service.

Very pleased with my new sofa. Price good and quality good. Looks expensive. Delivery easy. They stored it for a few weeks until we were ready for delivery. Alex really knowledgeable about the sofas and friendly. Thank you. Will recommend.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITHMyself and my wife originally went into the Merthyr store on a Sunday and ordered a corner sofa and matching 3 seater sofa. Having originally been told by the girl in the shop they could not do a matching 3 seater she then spoke to the owner on the phone (Suzanne) who confirmed they could do one and as a result we paid for both sofas in full and awaited our 14 day delivery.We then received a phonecall the following week to advise it was actually not possible to supply the sofas we had ordered and had paid for and asking whether we would like to choose a different sofa. When we stated that we didn't they then called back and informed us that they could in fact do the sofas after all (suspicions raised). They also informed us that delivery would now be £60 as opposed to the £50 stated on our original order form (further suspicions raised about the professionalism of the company).On the original delivery date the sofas did not turn up despite being told all day they would be with us before 8pm and my wife taking the day off work. The sofas did finally arrive the following afternoon but when receiving delivery we quickly realised the sofas were not what we had ordered and had scatter backs instead of straight backs. The delivery drivers then proceeded to tell us that they don't do straight backs in the style we ordered so we rejected the sofas and they took them back. We then spoke to the Manager of the shop (Alex) later that afternoon and she confirmed it was not possible and took our card details in order to process a refund.Having then chased a refund for 10 days and told countless times by various staff members that it should be within our account within 5 days this was unfortunately not the case. We were even told by the owner herself (Suzanne) that the refund was on it's way and she also tried to see if we would again like any alternative sofas.We then called the following Monday and spoke to the owner again (Suzanne) who then confirmed there had been a mix-up, no refund had been processed and the girl who told us about the refund should not have done so as our sofas were still on order and were being specially made so they were not willing to refund us. By this point all trust in the company had been lost, we were originally told the order would take 14 days, and after being told for 10 days that we were getting a refund and it wasn't possible to fulfill our order then we did what any normal people would do and found other sofas!Suzanne is extremely rude and refused to accept any responsibility for the situation, continually referring to us as "awkward customers" and blaming her own staff for the situation despite even telling us herself at one point we would be getting a refund. The store Manager (Alex) was slightly more sympathetic about the situation and knew a refund had been promised but unfortunately Suzanne would not give her permission to arrange one and that we would have to go through Trading Standards.Thankfully we have now received a full refund after a stressful, long process going through Trading Standards. We regret not reading all the reviews on Google and Trust Pilot beforehand as we would never have dealt with Suzanne or the company as they quite clearly have a long history of similar sorts of situations. Read the reviews for yourself and stay well away from this company!

I have since been in contact with the owner who was very helpful and this is going to be solved.If I could put 0 star I would. I contacted the Llantrisant store on the 26th match for a sofa that my parents wanted. The sofa is the same as my own. I sent the picture i wanted and then called the store I was told it was on offer for 500 but only if I go to one of the stores and pay it in cash on the day. I went to the merthyr store as it was easier for my father.We went in explained I had been in contacted with Llantrisant about a sofa and was told to come here to give the 500. She was happy enough to take the cash and write out a receipt for us. We was told about 2 weeks time for thr sofa to arrive. 3 weeks later the sofa came. It was full of marks and the back was a completely different colour to the rest of the sofa but that's not the only problem the sofa was not what I sent in the picture.After loads of messages and phone calls of them apparently trying to solve this problem. Today I was told its tuff and my parents will be sent thr same sofa as they was sent but with no marks. Apparently you can't get a refund if you have payed by cash even though there is a receipt. I am baffled how this company runs.Disappointed is an understatement.

Ordered the Verona corner sofa and received only 4 days later! Sofa is beautiful and for such a great price. The person who dealt with my delivery were lovely and the delivery men were lovely too. They also called before hand to make sure we were home.I am so pleased.
