I recently visited to explore holidays and was shocked by the poor customer service. The staff member referred to my as 'boy' twice and only stopped when I asked him too. It was a poor show, given that I would estimate that I am twenty older and a professional person. I would never dream of refferto anyone as a 'boy especially when I am providing a service. Customer training is definitely needed. I will not use the service again or recommend it to friends
