Impossible to speak to someone on the phone. Just wanted to know the time you need to allow between visits to the car park to avoid a charge.
Tried every option, listened to long drawn out unrelated information, advising me to search online for my own answer (which isn?t there) or to call to store. I was trying my best to do that without being issued a parking ticket. One size doesn?t fit all. Sometimes you just need to talk to a person!

I had a very embarrassing and disappointing experience at the self-checkout in this store. While finishing my purchase, a shop assistant came over and asked whether I had paid for the shopping bag I was using. I explained that I had already bought the bag the evening before and regularly use reusable bags.
What made the situation worse was that a second staff member came and questioned me again, even checking my bill in front of others. It felt humiliating and made me feel like I was being accused of something dishonest.
I asked them to check the CCTV footage to verify my explanation, but they showed no interest and offered apology for the way I was treated.
This is the first time I?ve been put in such an uncomfortable position while simply doing my shopping. I expected better treatment, especially when trying to be environmentally conscious by reusing bags. The staff could have handled the situation much more professionally and discreetly. Very disappointing.

Was at this store yesterday. The toilets were disgusting, with used sanitary products hanging out of bins, toilets were dirty. When we told customer service they said cleaners don't start until 11am. We went up for breakfast which turned out inedible. Food was cold and dried out. Really not the service you expect from a Tesco superstore

I just buy one packet of tobacco Marlboro for 20. 40 pound and the tesco take 24.40 is incredibile... And also i like to complain the both lady which they work as cashier.. Just they speak a lot before serv the costumer is the mor slow tesco i never se before thanks

It's a good store for offers and clubcard is necessary if you want to keep the cost down. Haven't tried the cafe so best not comment.

Appalling service! 2 members of staff unlocked and opened the baby changing room while my wife was in there with our child, after only being in there for 5 mins. They ignored multiple times when my wife was telling them that it was occupied and unlocked the door regardless. The staff then went on to ignore my wife and only engage with other customers.
