Impossible to speak to someone on the phone. Just wanted to know the time you need to allow between visits to the car park to avoid a charge. I had a very embarrassing and disappointing experience at the self-checkout in this store. While finishing my purchase, a shop assistant came over and asked whether I had paid for the shopping bag I was using. I explained that I had already bought the bag the evening before and regularly use reusable bags.
