The food is always lovely here and the staff are friendly. Meals cost around £10 for each person for a long time, which is quite expensive when you thinknits a sandwich drink and chips or cookie but it is lovely.

Bought a salad. Went to car and decided to eat in the shop, got told I wasnt allowed to sit at the desks because the floor was being cleaned as they were closing soon, its 9pm...they close at 10, when I asked if I could sit on the other end of the shop "that wasn't being cleaned" i got ignored and wasn't looked at, appalling behaviour from the staff,

Clownshoes had 2 drivers come to pickup a £70 order but subway had said that it wasn't on the systm not when it had supposedly not gone through but roughly 5 minutes before it was meant to arrive so everyone who had ordered had no food during break but if we were notified earlier we could've re ordered or gone elsewhere

Staff don?t have a clue how to make sandwiches my 6 inch had about 2 or 3 pieces of chicken in it might as well be eating bread with sauce?. My crinkle wedges were undercooked do not recommend and definitely will not return.

Food fine as a always. Service rude and not polite, looks serious not happy that needs service people. Saying that is closed at 9:10pm while eating when supposed to close at 10:00pm (...??). Manager should have a look for staff who are working there.

We really wanted a subway & the nearest to us is in merthyr so with a bit of discussion off we went . We ordered our subways & eat inside which was a lovely, warm clean place, with good services there such as a tea & coffee machine, cold drinks , crisps & cookies. Also in the building there are toilets. The ladies working there were very helpful & polite. Thank you ladies the subways were great. What i would like to ask is , if you could sell fries or wedges to go with the subways as an extra only i feel something is missing especially for people like us who has the ft. Long subways & would still love to have some fries with it, also I would love if you could think of opening one here in Tredegar please. Exceptional Service at Merthyr Subway!I visited the Merthyr Subway on February 24th and was blown away by the outstanding service provided by the staff. I requested a gluten-free roll, and the staff member immediately changed gloves, wrapped the tray, and oven with paper to ensure my order's safety. Their willingness to go above and beyond made my experience truly memorable. From start to finish, the staff member was incredibly pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this Subway location for their exceptional service and attention to customer needs!

Went here three times! Philly steak Sub was delicious, but teriyaki I didn't like it.App order is not that good as many of the items are mentioned, so recommend store order.
