Took up running in May and as I?ve progressed I?ve visited the Merthyr store for shirts, socks etc - the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions regarding the right kit to buy to fit with my needs and my fairly modest budget. Thanks to you all.
Also - I don?t know if it?s a deliberate policy but the annoying music that was always far too loud has been toned down considerably since I visited a few years ago ????

Neither good nor bad.
Good points - item was is stock, staff were friendly (but)
Bad points - difficulty in finding a staff member to assist.

Had to wait a long time even to find a member of staff. The one woman today I swear was aware I was trying to catch up with her but almost ran away to the tills. Seemed v short staffed today. But staff members who got the shoes were helpful and nice enough and my son has a pair of footie boots less than half price ??
