My recent visit to Specsavers, Merthyr Tydfil was very pleasant. A quick and efficient service with knowledgeable staff.
I was given a ?golden ticket?, I assumed was for half price glasses at my prescription. I went into store take up this offer, but was extremely disappointed when informed the cost was actually £40 more than the full price of the frames (£140 and not the £50 I thought the glasses would cost). After being fitted for glasses I was informed that the offer didn?t include vary focal lenses. What a disappointment.
