Went here recently to get a £1.50 washer for my toilet flush mechanism at 19.45 in the evening just before closing time the staff were more than helpful in making sure I had the right one.

1st order sent back never received confirmation it was in store to be collected reordered and drove 25 miles to collect and only part of the order had come in, staff couldn't find order order initially and then wasnt sure on how to refund. Utter joke.
