The room was lovely and clean and very spacious. The receptionist was amazing, I think her name was Marnie. Marnie couldn?t do enough for you and always had a smile on her face. Marnie knew a lot about the local area including places to take my little one.

I stayed at this hotel very last minute due to a family emergency. I had to travel to Wales from Scotland at very short notice and called to book a family room en route. Receptionist could not have been more helpful and booking was extremely fast and was able to add breakfast which i didn't even think of ! Room was spotless, beds so comfortable, shower/bath gleaming and shower was hot and fabulous after a 7 hour drive! Breakfast was superb hot and continental. If i ever come to wales again i will certainly be booking this hotel.

We visit this hotel many times a year . The staff are always so welcoming and accommodating. It?s used as a base for visitors doing many outdoor activities and they still manage to keep it extremely clean. Well done for your hard work. Nothing is too much trouble . Will be there for our next trip .

Family room, good bathroom, tea and coffee facilities. Adult bed very comfy, kids beds not. Room pretty squashed for family of four. Bathroom decor dated but shower was lovely. Restaurant closed with no prior warning. Had to order food in at extra cost and inconvenience. Night staff very polite., apologetic and eager to help. Bathroom fan very loud 24 7 only had one key for all to share.

Thank you for the good service we have had from Premier Inn this year. We have stayed at many on our way to our self catering holiday this year of which were badly let down, thank goodness we had premier inn looking after us. Donna the receptionist, nothing is too much trouble for her, she gives a welcome kindness, sorts out any problems you have and is a credit to her job.

Good attentive staff, disappointing £10 wanted to check on 15 mins early. Main issue is rooms far to warm at night, fan just moving warm air around and windows only open about 2/3 cm due to locks. Little sleep on this trip due to heat in rooms

I got very ill at the end of my stay, and the hotel staff assisted in getting me an ambulance. They then continued to check on me until help arrived and reassured me about my possessions and car if needing to go to hospital. As a solo traveller this was very comforting and I found them incredibly supportive. When I came back to collect my possessions, the staff had gotten me a little get well package and note which cheered me up and made me feel very cared for.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to use Bike Park Wales, and it was literally an easy 2 minute drive up the road! Staff were also very happy to allow our bikes to be kept safely in our rooms. But that said, the hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The beds were luxurious, the rooms quiet and spacious, the staff very friendly and helpful on everything, the food was great value (half price at the restaurant in the evenings before 6pm) and it was so quiet and relaxing. Great also to meet other fellow-bikers in the hotel! We would all DEFINITELY stay here and do it all again as often as we can, this hotel was the BEST!!!!!

Clean and tidy hotel with everything you need for the odd night away in the area - we were attending a dinner dance at the Morlais Golf Club. Plenty of hot water for showers and ample space in the room. Breakfast which we pre booked was in the next door Table Table pub which itself has seen better days - must be the last of that brand in the UK and forgotten about as I did read whitbread were phasing it out - but the staff were excellent and the food selection and quality perfectly adequate for the price paid. The only downside in the hotel was a smell of stale cigarette smoke in our bathroom only noticeable once the shower was used as we got ready to go out which was odd as neither of us smoke so it wasn?t even on us or our clothes to begin with? The towels were fresh and clean so it wasn?t them. Perhaps a previous occupant had smoked in there and it stuck to the shower curtain and only becomes noticeable when the steam from the shower heats it up?!

Definitely one of if not the best premier inn I've ever stated inn. Lots of parking, easy to find, great location and a fantastic restaurant attached. Catered for gluten free celiac foods no bother and had lots of options.

What a poor hotel, certainly not too much premier about it!! We were over visiting my Mother who's in the nearby carehome and had booked a family room with a Cot for our 2 month old baby, what we got was a play pen with a solid base and a sheet over the insert, It was harder than the floor would have been and resulted in the baby sleeping in our bed (which was 2 singles attached and was admittedly very comfortable). The rooms however could really do with a bit of TLC, one of the lamps in the room didn't work, the aircon wasn't working so the room was very warm, although a fan was provided. In the bathroom paint was peeling off the ceilings and walls, it looked grubby, the toilet roll comes out of a dispenser one square at a time like school toilets, so we had to go and purchase some from the shop. We also arrived slightly earlier than expected and asked if it was possible to check in before 3pm if the room was ready because the baby had just travelled 5 hours and needed feeding. Fortunately the room was ready however for the pleasure of using that empty, ready room cost £10 which I think is poor service. I completely understand a charge if you're requesting it in advance and the cleaners prioritise making it ready for you but it was just sitting ready when we arrived. When we were leaving we had a slight change of plan and the Baby was unwell so I asked if I could pay for a late check out so she could have a nap. The receptionist informed me Late check out was not possible because they only have the cleaner for a small window to clean the rooms. I feel this should be looked at too as a good customer service option. Also be aware the hotel is used mainly by builders and tradesmen so that's why the pricess are high, it's nothing to do with the luxury. Overall a poor experience and we are thankful we stayed for just one night, I would rather a travel lodge for future trips.

Had a great stay in the hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was good with the usual comfy bed guaranteed. The down side was the pub that is used for evening/breakfast food. We?ve stayed and eaten here before and it was previously good but, we were both disappointed with the full English breakfast, that had been cooked in more salt than I think the supermarket next door could sell! We both didn?t finish our breakfasts (the first time ever) at a Premier Inn establishment. The evening meal was very basic (chicken burger and chips) and I felt it was nowhere near worth £12 and barely lived up to the expectations set by the menus description of it. Don?t get me wrong, the staff were fine but the food was very poor this time.
