I went to the digital check and send service at Merthyr Post Office and I can?t recommend it enough. Lisa was very friendly and efficient and the whole process including taking a passport validated photo took only 15 minutes. I will also come back to get a travel card ready for my holiday in October. Very happy customer indeed

5 stars all around, Merthyr post office never ever fails to delight and complete their services as I frequent 2-3 times daily, the staff are always on top form, today however just felt like that little added extra, greeted by a big bright smile from Lisa, having already been there previously today having been impacted over the weekend by the market place 48hr tracked TQ TO YA label ref issue, I expressed my concern as a small online supplier as I always get my orders to the post office within 30 mins of my stream end, or at first open the next day if my live finishes post 5.30pm the previous night
This concern was to my speed of shipment as my stream thrives on efficiency and not leaving customers sat on label printed for 3-4 days, Lisa listened to, understood my concerns and took ownership to provide a resolution, manually inputting the ref numbers to enable myself to have a paper trail for shipment despatch my end, I almost, no I actually did feel bad for Lisa having to add this process to her day but with a smile and whilst being diligent and efficient still managed to engage to understand what I do and the impacts as an online streamer I can face, it was refreshing that this is the first time in a long time I have felt a real human interaction and not a process interaction, in fact the ladies who work there all provide that human element service and it?s become a highlight of my day now to pop in and see them but today just felt that little bit more special and personal, thank you so much Lisa, I really appreciate you and the service you provided today, it?s such a relief now knowing that my shipment sector of reviews won?t be tarnished by a system issue

Visited the Merthyr tydfil branch of the post office today and had to fill out a complicated form, the help provided by Lisa was outstanding, she was informative and so very helpful I couldn?t have done it without her assistance. Thank you Lisa, you are a credit to the Post Office and your customer service was excellent, if only more people were like you.

I recently dealt with Gemma at the Post Office in Merthyr Tydfil town centre, as I had a parcel to be sent Internationally.
Having not sent a parcel Internationally before, Gemma was extremely helpful in filling out all the necessary documentation for me, and she even packed the parcel for me, for which I was extremely grateful for her help.
An exceptional service.

My name is Wayne I called into the above post office earlier today 19th of June to sort out car documents and ive recently been recovering from a head injury and I was served by Cath and because ive lost the ability to write Cath went above and beyond her duties and offered to fill out the necessary paperwork for me seeing that I had difficulties completing the paperwork. A massive gold star to Cath.
