The ordering app was the only thing that met expectations. The staff were okay?polite and not rude, but certainly not attentive. At no point did anyone check if everything was okay.The drinks machine was out of at least two syrups that I noticed: Tango Apple and Orange. Pressing the pour button resulted in nothing but carbonated water.The pizza disappeared quickly, and it took a while for the kitchen to bring out fresh ones, despite the restaurant being at about half capacity. The ice cream machine's condiments were non-existent.All that being said, the food was tasty, and the place was clean. It was an okay visit. We'll probably be back, but we're not in a hurry.

Fantastic time at this hut. The staff were all super helpful and friendly, plus the manager was definitely leading his team. Great job keeping fresh food out and salad bar topped up. Definitely recommend.

Eating in the restaurant here, the staff were so friendly and attentive. We had a great chat with them and they attended, like getting our glasses for water or a box to take food out. The food was hot and fresh, couldn?t recommend this place more!Parking: Parking next to the restaurant, plenty of spaces but is in a retail park.

Light lunch - flatbread and refillable salad. Not much can go wrong with that. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Easy parking and staff were friendly and very attentive.The food was really good, I had to bring some home as I couldn't finish it all.

Food it's self was lovely,Service seemed hectic despite it not being a full house. Possible short staffed.Waited 45 mins for a desert that wasn't arriving until we pulled a manager aside. He arrived 10 minutes later with our desserts and what seemed like a heart-felt apology and an extra scoop of ice cream

Place was OK, service was great by a short young girl with glasses, the taller lady didn't seem as helpful. Food and all was fine. What I wasn't happy about was the no choice of how to pay, CASHLESS business, in this day in age? I wasn't happy about that, seemed unfair... my mother and many of her friends go over to the shopping centre by bus, they don't use contactless, so this would mean they wouldn't be welcome here. Taller lady said it had been that way for 4years, shows how often I've gone there. I will say, the food and service was all OK, and that's the main reason for going I guess. Did cost £60 Mind, 2 adult buffet and salad, 2 full kids buffet with ice cream and drinks, plus 2 coffees. All in all, OK, didn't like the cashless issue though.
