I went into Peter Alan this morning as i rent of them a tradesman?s broke my wardrobe in my rental so i went to get money back. Liam was very rude customer was service is awful. They dont care about your health or wellbeing as i have had mould in my property for nearly a year and it has not been sorted. whatever you do definitely DO NOT RENT of peter alan merthyr! This business should have been shut down along time ago as I have heard bad stuff from other people too.

I had a really good experience with Peter Allen in Merthyr. I viewed the house and went on Holliday the next day, the day I came back it was all sorted and I picked the keys up. Really friendly staff I was dealing with Morgan and Emma. They are really helpful and friendly. Would 100% use them again if needed in future. ?

Emma was really friendly, such good help when we were in the process in getting a house. She answered any questions we had with ease. She was honestly lovely we couldn?t have asked for someone better to help us during this process.

During a quite stressful time, I dealt with George and Emma while trying to find somewhere new to rent. They were nothing but professional, courteous, and really supportive, and made the experience as stress free as they could. On the whole I found Peter Alan to be probably the best interaction with a letting agent I've had, and was surprised by the standard of professionalism I witnessed, based on previous experiences with other letting agents during my time renting over the years. I would definitely recommend and should I ever need to move again, these are the people I would be coming back to.

George and Emma were fantastic when we were looking for a new house . They couldn?t do enough and were so professional and helpful with everything from paperwork to viewings . This is the second time I?ve used the services of Peter Alan and they will be my first port of call when I need to look again .I would highly recommend them and especially George and EmmaThank you for making everything seamless .

I would like to express my honest opinion regarding the service offered by Emma and George at Peter Alan. My wife and I were in need of moving to Merthyr Tydfil and were searching for properties to rent. The issue was that we were in London and we wanted to find out something without physically viewing it due to personal reasons, and it?s only Emma and George who understood our situation and came ahead to help us. Many estate agents refused us when we requested a virtual viewing. Initially, we found a good place, though it later didn?t work out due to the landlord's personal matters. We had to face a very difficult situation at that time; however, Emma and George built our confidence, and they helped us find another beautiful house within the time period we required. Honestly, they were really friendly to us from the first conversation and did their maximum to fulfil our requirements. We are forever grateful for their service. Thank you, Emma and George, a million times.
