“I placed an order to this store, but after waiting a couple of days I decided to call the store. I spoke to a girl called abbie who was so rude, and told me basically my order haven't been sent yet. I called back and spoke to a girl called Sarah, who was just as rude as abbie. Sarah told me I was shouting at abbie, even through Sarah did not hear the conversation on the phone. Abbie clearly knew she was rude to me on the phone and went to cover her tracks telling Sarah a pack of lies. This time of year we are all busy and stressed, but you do not take it out on customers. I will not be spending another penny with this company, and will make sure you lose more then just me as customer, disgraceful”
