Came in here today to exchange a pair of earrings. Came in to collect a pair of earrings and walked out with an extra 2 pairs under the 3 for 2 offer. She went above and beyond in the customer service which I rarely encounter. She was also very knowledgeable about the products and jewellery fashion. She spoke with confidence which made trust her explicitly. I don't know if I would've got that from someone else. What I do know I'd definitely be back and no doubt buy more if I see Ellie in store.

Went in there this morning to buy new earrings, the woman on counter was so rude, told me I wasn't allowed to browse, how could I see what I wanted to buy, so so rude I walked out, I'll try another pandora shop, because Merthyr one they need to have a lot more customer care service, ??
