Recently bought a sofa here sales team was great, problems started when only half of sofa turned up and that turned up late, then we had to wait a week for the other half, customer service was terrible not a clue what's going on , after telling them we will never use the company again they sent us a in store voucher for £50 , wish I listened to the reviews all indicating the after sales service is poor.

I looked at buying a new leather armchair from here..! But then I spotted it would take approx 2.5 months to get it delivered.. are you joking ? and you have to pay up front as well..! You'll have my money ? and I'll have to wait this long..! No chance..! You've lost a customer ?

Ordered a Table and Chairs 20th February 2023 was initially told delivery would be 8/12 weeks.. now after 3 Cancellations in May 15th and June 28th and a maybe it will be here in July 6th?.That's 17 weeks! Had the £99 delivery charge refund in this time.. and £66 because I noticed Table in a Sale as I'm still waiting for it and haven't received it yet! ..had to edit this review rang em again today 12/06/23 it's in the Sale again Chairs this time £183 refund.. Suppose being messed around could be worth it, at this rate it will be half price. Just a heads up.. Keep eye on your Furniture while you wait, (they won't do it for you) on their website or endless SALE Emails..For Refunds. EDIT - 6/7/23 So Table and Chairs finally arrived... The Table is scratched in 4 places, I ring them back, they offer either £50 for my trouble? or a Furniture Repair Team.. No Replacement Table! .. Will I F+++ walk through their doors again!!!!! I've gone with Repair Team..fed up of the hassle

Buying furniture was a pleasant experince the gentleman was very helpful as was the lady Keri who sold a wadrobe and desk.They were ex display so I was told I couldn't have them until Monday when new stock came in.I rang on the weekend and they agreed we could collect Sunday afternoon but to make sure there were two men as they have not always got staff to help.On arrival my husband was told to go and get the items they were still in the showroom and was also told they should have brought tools with them even though there were plenty of staff in the store my husband and son were left to dismantle the goods themselves in the middle of the showroom and carry them out to the van.Surely after spending a lot of money on item even though they were in the sale it would have been the decent thing to have at least put them by the door for collection .I was told to have two people for collection but never expected to have to do the do the job for them.Luckly they were two young strong men I will not be buying from this store again.

While the staff at the Merthyr store have been great the company, as a whole, have been a really dreadful to engage with. 1) Having placed in order October last year we were told we could bring the order forward once we had a completion date for new home. When we tried we were told it wasn't possible which meant that despite moving in end of Jan we've gone ~6 weeks without furniture. 2) More recently we were told a single item (a stool) was holding up the entire order, we agreed to split the order so get everything except the stool. 3) The furniture arrived today but was missing two further items!! According to the delivery guys (again lovely) one item was split from this delivery we should have had an email (we haven't) and another should have been on their truck but it wasn't.All-in-all we have spent hours making multiple visits to the shop and countless call, and are still missing many items from our order placed last Autumn with apparent failing at all stages of completing this order.UPDATE: One item has arrived, two items are still outstanding, the expected date of deliver is sometime in April. Complaint email sent, no response after two weeks.

The gentleman who helped us Wesley was really helpful wasn't to pushy but explained everything very clearly hence we bought our furniture from you I would highly recommend a visit and ask for him
