money mad sales people who are preying like vultures as you are crossing the car park to enter shop.took a stern word to get them to leave us alone to browse and to add insult to injury accosted on the way out asking what we were looking for(as if we didn't know our own minds)felt like telling him I wanted a hot air balloon
Totally put off with that sales practice, if I need help I'd ask ,especially as they was four times staff to customer ratio...I wonder why?

Great experience today at the Merthyr store. Alex was a very knowledgeable gentleman and dealt with us throughout our selection process.
We purchased a 2 and 3 seater sofa, along with a bookcase and table, which were much better quality than the other stores we had been to.
The overall experience today was superb. Thanks Alex for all your help and advice, we hope the delivery guys are equally as caring and professional.

Staff in Merthyr store are lovely.
However, when they delivered our corner sofa they delivered two right peices not a left and right so now have to wait for the right peice to be delivered !! Delivery guys were shocking, unpacked the sofa outside and left the packaging on the floor with the wind blowing it all over our street, dropped cushions on the way in which I had to wipe, yes not a big deal but paid 3k for this sofa set! They dragged our cream puffy which resulted in it being all dirty down the side, yes I could wipe that but 3k I've paid, disgusting

Ordered a sofa in beginning of April was told had to wait 12 weeks we added a delivery date for 14 weeks due to going on holiday to come home and receive a email of a delay where we been given another delivery date for September with a excuse about the shipment attack in the Red Sea that when we researched been taken place since November last year where they would have know when we ordered but falsely advertised to us we are now sitting on the floor DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Recently bought a sofa here sales team was great, problems started when only half of sofa turned up and that turned up late, then we had to wait a week for the other half, customer service was terrible not a clue what's going on , after telling them we will never use the company again they sent us a in store voucher for £50 , wish I listened to the reviews all indicating the after sales service is poor.

I looked at buying a new leather armchair from here..! But then I spotted it would take approx 2.5 months to get it delivered.. are you joking ? and you have to pay up front as well..! You'll have my money ? and I'll have to wait this long..! No chance..! You've lost a customer ?

Ordered a Table and Chairs 20th February 2023 was initially told delivery would be 8/12 weeks.. now after 3 Cancellations in May 15th and June 28th and a maybe it will be here in July 6th?.That's 17 weeks! Had the £99 delivery charge refund in this time.. and £66 because I noticed Table in a Sale as I'm still waiting for it and haven't received it yet! ..had to edit this review rang em again today 12/06/23 it's in the Sale again Chairs this time £183 refund.. Suppose being messed around could be worth it, at this rate it will be half price. Just a heads up.. Keep eye on your Furniture while you wait, (they won't do it for you) on their website or endless SALE Emails..For Refunds. EDIT - 6/7/23 So Table and Chairs finally arrived... The Table is scratched in 4 places, I ring them back, they offer either £50 for my trouble? or a Furniture Repair Team.. No Replacement Table! .. Will I F+++ walk through their doors again!!!!! I've gone with Repair Team..fed up of the hassle

Buying furniture was a pleasant experince the gentleman was very helpful as was the lady Keri who sold a wadrobe and desk.They were ex display so I was told I couldn't have them until Monday when new stock came in.I rang on the weekend and they agreed we could collect Sunday afternoon but to make sure there were two men as they have not always got staff to help.On arrival my husband was told to go and get the items they were still in the showroom and was also told they should have brought tools with them even though there were plenty of staff in the store my husband and son were left to dismantle the goods themselves in the middle of the showroom and carry them out to the van.Surely after spending a lot of money on item even though they were in the sale it would have been the decent thing to have at least put them by the door for collection .I was told to have two people for collection but never expected to have to do the do the job for them.Luckly they were two young strong men I will not be buying from this store again.
