All ways found the staff at nat west very helpful would like to say one thing always make sure that the coin machine in the bank is empty d every nite as twice i came to the bank with a larg some of money and had to take it home

Absolutely disgusted with the response of you telephony system. Have been trying to contact branch since 9 am this morning . As all your calls are recorded you will be able to see how many times i havd tried ringing you today. Havd already complained re closure of local branch and in convenience it has caused and disruption of local community and economy of town. You leavd md eith no alternative but to transfer to another bank. Please do not tell me to do on line banking as it is my perogative to bank how i like. As i have rung and held on numerous time from my mobile number costs havd been incurred .
