I am Nando?s lover and go to lots of different Nando?s restaurants but this is probably the worst one I?ve been to. Food wasn?t hot, service was poor.

Called earlier on to be told you could walk in and didn?t need to book due to past visits where this is the case.Came tonight and surprise same thing again was apparently told it would be a 20 minute wait so waited 20 minutes we weren?t called to go back in and say ?we did call you but you didn?t respond? we?ve been waiting and no one called.Poor experience won?t return clearly wasn?t wanted there.

Turn up at 5.20pm, told there will be a 45min wait, even though the restaurant was genuinely less than half full. They have a notepad at the door of people who are supposedly arriving every 5 minutes from 5.15-6pm, even though they don?t take bookings and there is no sign of anyone arriving or queuing? Either have a booking in advance system or don?t ????. A system that leaves half your tables empty is surely not the smartest way of going about it.

Absolutely poor when I went a few weeks ago with a friend. We initially arrived to be told that there is a 20 minute wait on a table, so we came back 20 minutes later - ten minutes after and we are still waiting. The woman at the front looked as if she was allocating her friends first rather than accommodating those who turned up at their allocated time - appreciate it can get busy.The food that came back wasn?t my order and they had given me a chicken burger when I asked for chicken thighs and my halloumi was missing - understandably these things happen I know.The woman behind the counter didn?t put my chilli on my Nando?s card so I missed out on a reward, even after I gave her my Nando?s card number. She also looked as if she didn?t want to be there. What a shame

Missed feelings?We visited the Merthyr branch yesterday and the customer service was soooo welcoming, the lovely young lady with red hair provided such a fantastic service, she?s a credit to Nando?s! Honestly the best customer service we?d received for sometime.However tonight we ordered a delivery from Merthyr via DELIVEROO, which was incredibly disappointing, the portion sizes were shocking, it would?ve been fine if I was a hamster, but crikey? two fork full worth of chips.. not good! originally without the discount code I used it would?ve cost nearly £40 for two meals?I?ve been left feeling hungry, and disappointed? sad times.
