I was a patient of Troedyfan and had been for close to 20 years,when morlais merged with Aberfan though it was easier to get appointments and good doctors .Until now I am totally discussed with the way you have treated us and decided we are not in your catchment area now ,we are in Aberfan area all you had to say was we had to only see doctors in thay practice.Buy now you gave us 30 to fine another practice and have now took us off you sugary lists ,which is terrible I have a brain condition and am om strong painkiller and husband is on a lot of meds for his heart we now don't have a doctors and can't get our meds.

I'm fairly new into area and registered at this surgery and I can honestly say it's the worst by far. You can never get through to reception to book appointment so I will definitely be looking at moving elsewhere.

Absolutelydisgusting. Every time when I ring the practice, they are out of appointments for the current day. I can't make an appointment for the next day or after. And if I am lucky enough to be seen by a GP, their knowlage is not satisfy my needs. What kind of doctor is this to look at "Google" and explain you something that is not so serious. I wan't imagine if there is something bad. That's why I am leaving them and I will find a paid practice, that they will always have the time and the fees will acceptable for most of the people who are working!

I went to Morlais Berry Square to register with them. I was asked to bring documents such as passports and brp. I was told I had to bring for the entire family to register and it would take two weeks.My husband was sent a letter of confirmation of GP registration. I called to see the GP and I was asked my date of birth and later on my phone number and it wasn't in their records, neither were my childrens registered. I eventually was told to start the process again? Why? I am rating you poor. That's extremely poor service

I have been with morlais for yrs and yrs, a few people stand out for me , firstly Susan I don't know her surname, even when she was in the gurnos surgery she genuinely can't do enough for you, she's polite, and will go above and beyond to help you, there has been so many times she has gone out of her way to help me and my husband, so thank you so much to this much-loved caring lady X the other person is sabrina the nurse , I have difficult veins she manages to get blood first time every time , she's always smiling, she's a big asset to morlais practice,thank you both

Popped in ivor doctors today for bloods with lynsey she made me feel at ease didn't even feel needle go in no bruise left on my arm she is very good at what she does.

Polite on phone , care about my health, sometimes long queues but thats all over uk .very helpful and caring x would like to add could nt get to see a gp until 7 weeks time x

Outstanding service. Staff very friendly and professional. Saw my children on the same day I called. The GP (Chris) seems to know what he is doing.It is a pity that people tend to leave a bad review only, but if they have a good experience they forget to appreciate.

No apps, call backs take 2-3 weeks. No care, poor follow ups. Cattle market, call parking and passing off by call centre style opps. Service poor. Morlais sadly strengthen the case for privatisation.

Really gone downhill these last few years. Registering where most friends and family have moved too for improved care and help.
