Took my fur bed throw for dry cleaning. I brought it home and it was smelling of cigarette smoke. After 30 mins of it being in my bedroom and walking back in the smell filled the air.
I called the shop and was advised to bring it in the next day when the manager was there.
Popped in and explained (politely) what was wrong. The female manager was very defensive and argumentative in her nature. She ripped open the bag and sniffed the throw and said it was the chemical smell.
She then called another lady from the back who apparently was a non-smoker to do a ?sniff test? who said she couldn?t smell anything.
She offered to re-do it again (queue finger point and a clipped tone) ?I can do it again but my warning to you is it?s going to smell exactly the same as that is a chemical smell?.
Tried to say again only what I experienced. She repeated the statement again, emphasising her ?warning? in her clipped snappy tone.
I just took the throw off the counter and walked out. Made to fell like I was an inconvenience.
So, if you want the Fag Ash Eau de Parfum nicotine smell on your lovely dry cleaning with some quality customer service thrown in hit them up. Can?t recommend enough.

I took my husbands suit here to get dry cleaned ready for a wedding. Very accommodating, and understanding, even when we made the mistake of leaving it too late to pick up the suit on time. Lovely customer service and affordable. We will be returning :)

Took my ironing there. Collected a week later and had half my clothes and half of someone else's. Attitude on the staff was disgusting and told me that all that I received was mine. I think I know what is mine and what isn't. How I can jump 4 sizes in clothes in a week is beyond me.
