If you want a quick meal, this is definitely not the place. Today I waited 45 minutes for my order. After asking several times where my food was, it was practically lukewarm and had one item missing. The manager ignored people. Complete failure of professionalism.

I tried ordering a McFlurry from here, turns out the machine was broken, went here again the machine was again broken! And whilst I told the guy my order nicely he replied in an attitude, I don?t know who he is but I think McDonald?s should hire NICE people.

If you want fast food, go somewhere else! Your not getting it here, placed my order here today at the drive through and I said to my passenger I bet they will tell us to park up being the only ones in the drive through, low and behold that?s exactly what happened! Yet all the deliver guys are flying out with food! Overcooked food, rubbish service and don?t get me started on the wait time!

I went to McDonald?s today all that food for my children. Once collected by food I noticed one of the double cheeseburgers were missing so I give the manager the receipt I said I ordered two double cheeseburgers and there?s only one he told me there was nothing he I said I got two kids in the car and they expected their food. It was very rude young man no man as whatsoever no people skills very fortunate for him. He was very lucky. I did not have my children in the car. I would love to teach that young disrespectful person lesson

Systems were down when I ordered, then repeated the order FOUR times and they still got it wrong right in front of me. Then told us to park up and woman who brought it out started having a go at me and my mate because THEIR parking spots were full. Unbelievably bad service.

This place was just too busy to buy anything. The wait time would have been at least 30 mins. There were so many kids in there as it was half term. So all I did was use the WC and left.

Classic McDonalds offering, however this does seem the slowest McDonalds in terms of service when I visit. Maybe I have been unfortunate, but easily 15 minutes average waiting time for an order and not a special order.
