Customer service at its finest! I visited your Merthyr Tydfil store on Friday 29th August, the queue for tills was quite long so I braved the self serve tills, I am not a fan of these but thought I?d give them a go. I encountered some issues with the machine and security tags and this wonderful young girl came over and helped me, she was so friendly, didn?t make me feel silly and chatted to me, she gave me her time which is so rare these days as everyone is in a rush! She gave me some tips on what to do next time and scanned them for me and packed the bag for me. She was absolutely wonderful. She told me she was new, I have to say she is a credit to your company, so polite and friendly. I saw on her name badge she was called Grace, please pass on my thanks. Very happy shopping experience.

Visited the store yesterday around 1400 and despite being quite busy the place was clean and well organised.
The fitting room wasn't staffed which I find a shame but it was still clean and organised.
I paid at the till at 1421 and the 2 women serving were both lovely, friendly and helpful. Top marks for this Matalan (unlike my local one in Camberley where the staff are consistently super unfriendly).

This store dose carry a wide range of clothes. The only downside is they don't always have all sizes which is a shame and costs them sales .

Clean, well organised displays.
Lovely friendly, helpful staff.
Nearly always get what i need.
Good selection of gym clothing, reasonably good prices.Many of my gym friends get theirs there too.
Often buy more than intended.
