The 3 for £8 deals look great but if you chose one wrong item (and it's very confusing) you end up paying top price for everything.

Super disappointed in the cafe! The food I asked for on the menu wasn't available so the tomato soup was recommended. Although I didn't have an appetite for soup I figured that because it's M&S it should be nice. Mistake! Tomato and basil, it was so bland and had lumps in it! I've had better canned tomatoe soup from Lidl! The hot chocolate cost over £4 and the picture looked amazing, tall cup with loads of squirty cream and chocolate dust, when it came, the cream was flat with a stupid swirl of what was probably meant to look like a chocolate pattern! Greggs hot chocolate is half the price and way better.. Onto the cakes. After all my disappointment with the soup and chocolate I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, their cakes MUST be nice, this is M&S! ? Where does M&S get off charging nearly £4 for a smidgen of a slice of lemon drizzle cake that is a weak excuse for one of the best cakes on the planet?
In summary
Overpriced nasty food. I won't be going there again.
This is not just food! this is not food at all actually!! Shame on you M&S, what happened to your quality?

Good range of clothes and the food hall is brilliant. Slightly busy but being just off the A470 this is expected. Plenty of parking available

Took my daughter for her first bra fitting. Brilliant service. Maria, the lady who was carrying out the fitting, was understanding, explained everything clearly and made sure my daughter was comfortable with the whole process. We came away with the right fit and selection of underwear that my daughter was very happy with. I would certainly recommend.

I bought mens mule freshfeet slippers on 27 June and was so disappointed with their performance. Sole came apart and colour changed. I tried to get a credit note or refund today at Merthyr store but the lady I spoke refused. I can't M & S would not give good customer care. Dont buy these slippers. I chose M&S for quality!!!

Merthyr tydfil restaurant/cafe. Slow service Sunday. What ever people asked for they didn't have food wise had to settle for coffee. What the hells going on with this store. Poor service poor everything. Don't think I'll bother in future.
