“Excellent pub, friendly welcome from all the staff. Their knowledge of the local area was fantastic and we were delighted to find such a fabulous watering hole after a beautiful meander through some of this area’s ancient industrial past. One special attraction was the book area where you could pick up a book by the fire and relax.We would definitely recommend and will visit again when in the area. “Rooms are OK ? you have smart TV which it's good you can connect your phone and watch whatever you wants. Signal its not the best but if you put your phone next to window it's should be OK.Not to.much parking space next to hotel but it's bigger parking next to other restaurants which it's not far from hotel. Quiet place for one night and not to expensive. Staff it's friendly they don't make not necessary problem like in other places which could wind you up. Next to hotel you have few restaurants with different food which is good if you like taste something else then just mcdonalds. Also they have vue cinema next to it, bowling centre and gym with swimming so entertainment in this place it's quiet good.”
