Stopped eating here years ago when it went bad, recently ordered again and myself and my (fussy) mother thoroughly enjoyed it. The manager here has turned the place around for the better, will definately be ordering again.

The Merthyr kfc outlet is amazing the manager is so friendly and the staff just go above and beyond. Great place to eat. Will definitely be returning.

Best kfc in south wales hands down best management and staff any kfc could possibly have. Nice and clean generous portions nice cookies fantastic chicken 10/10 would recommend marvellous food ?

The service was impeccable! The server I believe was Jake who had outstanding behaviours and quality serving skills towards customers. Fair to say the GOAT isn't Jon Jones, it's Jake from KFC Merthyr. Food was very good.
