“Good selection of clothes, the shop waa tidy & not over cramped with stock. There was an issue with the self scan tills & even though we were acknowledged, the assistants were just talking to over the customers' heads, panicked & not really explaining what was happening. Eventually, they resolved the issue & apologised for the inconvenience. I would have given 5 stars but a little bit more training for your staff would help them & customers when issues such as this arise”
“I've been shopping at Robert Price Builders Merchant Merthyr for many years and have always been very pleased with their service, plus reasonable prices.This morning I purchased materials to lay a garden patio. I collected the items myself as access was not possible by lorry. “Generally I do like the shop it's handy for your bits and bobs but lately I've seen a few piles of dog mess by the corner. I know people walk their dogs through the park but surely you can work something out with Matalan to arrange for your staff to pick it up since it's a shared corner. There's a bin right next to it after all and I think it'd look nicer for the front of your shops. But without that minor thing I do believe it's a nice shop and convenient for click and collect orders. Excellent job on the redecoration.”
