Only ever stock 2 tins of most car paint. When I went there was only 1 of them. I needed 3 tins to paint wheels. So don't go wanting more than 1 tin unless you want silver or gloss black.
Years ago they used to carry more stock in drawers underneath the shelves. But not any more.
Their system doesn't order more until they have sold the last one. Strange system, but there we are.

Shout out to the lads in the bike department.
My deraliure broke and unfortunately they didn?t stock the 11 speed part but the bike mechanic in the Halfords went out of the way to make a solution so I could continue riding.

Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Changing my headlight bulb was really awkward as not very accessible so for £11 it saved the faff! Whilst at it he popped the new wiper blades I bought for free too. A nice change to get good customer service these days. Well done Halfords Merthyr (And 10% Blue Light discount too)

Collected my new 200 litres air compressor today from Halfords Merthyr Tydfil. Excellent members of staff there. Two of them helped me and my Son put the compressor in the back of my truck. The two gentleman were very pleasant and helpful. 10 out of 10 guys.

What a wholesome experience I had at the store with the employee Georgia. She went above and beyond helping myself and my 2 children pick out bikes they liked and gave me help in telling me about each bike in my budget.She then went above and beyond helping my not overly confident children by getting them on the bikes and helping them ride them around the store for a few minutes.Her customer service was second to none and she was one of the kindest, smiliest, happiest people I have come across. Easy to talk to and full of knowledge when it came to her job.Thank you Georgia for all your help.I will definitely be visiting the store again.

Absolutely fantastic, it was quite close to closing when I arrived and I thought I might have to come back the next day, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They had my bulb changed in a few minutes! Amazing service, would definitely go back!
