Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable and more personal than speaking to someone in a call centre. Spoken to as soon as I entered the store and waited about five mins the first time and 1 min the next. staff remembered me from my previous visit and what phone I had.

Great experience with Phil, his product knowledge was excellent, with good customer facing skills and a very good understanding of the whole mobile phone market. With his help I'm going to purchase a new phone contract, in the immediate future, or rather when the prices hit the Summer Hols low point. Get in there for a 9.5/10 experience. I've alway gone here and the staff have alway been brilliant the store has plenty of space I've had to take a large buggy n little kids in with me not once have they made me feel uncomfortable like other shops have dune. Well dune on this EE store keep up the fantastic work
