This is our first purchase from dreams our super king mattress arrived 1st July 2025 ordered from Merthyr spot on time.
Unfortunately already shows signs of dipping both ends with a incline in the middle .

Absolutely excellent service. Fast, but not rushed. Friendly and relaxed. The Bed Expert led us first to the 'assessment' bed, got the recommendations from that, and worked from there. Gave us plenty of time, and offered us drinks as we're we making our choice. Absolutely brilliant service, very happy.

Hi we went to the Merthyr Tydfil store to look for a bed and mattress, for our grandson, when we walked into the store we were met by Kelly who asked if she could help (without being pushy) we took up her offer of help and was pleasantly surprised with the help she offered in a very friendly/professional way she offered a drink while he was on the sleep-match machine. Needless to say with Kelly's help we bought a bed and mattress and our grandson is over the moon lol and looking forward to a goodnights sleep.

Both me and my partner arrived at dreams store in Merthyr , the staff were all accommodating and friendly to us both and gave us the best options for us both and value for money. We were given lots of offers. The man who served us helped us understand the best options to buy. I would 100% recommend this store to other friends and family members.

We were made to feel welcomed as soon as we entered the store. Leanne was extremely helpful showing us a range of mattresses that we could try out with pillows that she provided for our comfort. We left the store very satisfied with our purchase of a new mattress.

First visit to a Dreams store. Fantastic experience! We were greeted and looked after by Kieran who was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable with a good sense of humour too. With added input from Adam regarding even more technology, it made the purchase of a new mattress that suited requirements an extremely smooth and enjoyable experience. I would strongly recommend using the SLEEPMATCH system in store so you can go straight to the mattresses that fit your needs. No hard sell. No pressure. Thank you guys!
