Leighton was a very friendly and efficient member of the Darlows team in Mertyr, he answered my questions and booked me in for a viewing. Much better experience than trying to navigate the chat bot on the Darlows website. It was much better experience to speak to the team in person.

Darlows, well Georgia from Merthyl Tydfil branch has been amazing through the process of returning my house after being rented. Unfortunately the tenants, were not the best and cause some issues but Georgia has supported me through the process and kept me updated so I can fix the issues and hopefully move in soon, she has been amazing throughout, even tho there has been tears along the route. Thank you so much and looking forward to completed it to the end!

We received an excellent service from Kara at Darlow's in Merthyr. She was very nice and knowledgeable during our viewing.Kara was sympathetic to our cause as we have to leave our current property ASAP, had another property fall through and were hoping to be considered for the property we viewed.A few days later we've put the holding deposit down and are organising moving. Couldn't be happier. 10/10 for Kara and Darlows!
