“Easy access store. There is always lots of parking. I'm not a massive fan of t-shirts at River Island, I find that after being washed once, they never fit the same again. However the jeans are pretty good quality and are a good fit. I've had a few pairs of boots over the years, and they have been good quality too.”

“Really good store, very big with loads of stock. The reduced rails are really great value. The staff were also very friendly. I especially liked the fact they had sizes upto 22 not like some stores where they only stock smaller sizes. Will be shopping here again.”

“Brilliant store, and great service. Why can't all shops be like this? the staff are all so well trained and they care about what they are doing. The quality of merchandise is the best on the High Street. One point to remember: the prices are the same as the Co Op, but the quality is so much higher (and the staff actually want to be there!). It's M and S for me every time.”
“The staff at the Co op branch of Peacocks, are helpful, friendly and nothing is to much bother for them. I love shopping there for those reasons, and clearly the products are very good, and reasonably priced.”

“A lovely retail park, plenty of shops to look in. Parking is usually not a problem, though I avoid very busy times like bank holidays, etc. myself. Good access for wheelchair users. One thing to keep in mind is there's only public toilets down by the Costas Coffee bar.”

“Three women who I came across in the store were all extremely helpful and friendly, by far the best service I've received in a retail store in a long while.There was a blond woman on the customer service till around 6pm this evening.Another girl next to her with brown hair.Another woman working by the changing rooms.Have to explain this as I didn't get their names for the review sadly.I hope when I return I will cross paths with them again.”

“Went in Sunday 28th august my autistic sons birthday tomorrow and he wanted the premier league football! Haven’t been able too get it! There weren’t any on sale, I asked one off the staff and explain the situation too him! He said that he would go too the warehouse too see if there was any!! I am so very grateful too this staff member who went above and beyond too help me!! I didn’t take his name but would like to say thank you so much!! Excellent customer service!!!”
“Generally I do like the shop it's handy for your bits and bobs but lately I've seen a few piles of dog mess by the corner. I know people walk their dogs through the park but surely you can work something out with Matalan to arrange for your staff to pick it up since it's a shared corner. There's a bin right next to it after all and I think it'd look nicer for the front of your shops. But without that minor thing I do believe it's a nice shop and convenient for click and collect orders. Excellent job on the redecoration.”

“I ordered a ceiling light and lamp for my new house, our items were delivered very quickly to the store. When picking up my parcel, Danny helped me carry my 2 parcels to my car. I found the customer service to be excellent and nothing was too much trouble for Danny.”
“Plenty of reasonably priced products while I was there escalacuter coming down from clothes section upstairs wasn't working and there were no clear signs interacting customers where the lift was lots of customers wondering around like a load of headless chickens”
