Only go here for a meal never stayed. Sunday lunch is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are always happy and friendly. Recommend pre-booking has it does get busy.

Our stay at Rustic Mountain Haven was a journey into the heart of the wilderness. Surrounded by towering pines and rugged terrain, it offered a true mountain escape. Our cabin was cozy, and the fireplace added to the rustic charm. The hosts were welcoming and provided valuable insights for exploring the nearby trails. This is a place where the mountains sing their ancient songs.

Read Wales online full of bug infestation full of people dealing drugs as it's a hostel plus they have the junkies helping out with the Sunday dinners even homeless people are saying it's cleaner in prison owner just taking my if council for nothing it's absolutely dirty owner please reply to this

Best hotel in merthyr the staff are lovely and friendly and can't do enough for you the food is out of this world I was blown away rooms are comfy and exponentially clean I will definitely visit again one very happy customer thank youFood & drinks: Best food around amazingly presented and extremely tasty!

Went to the castle in merthyr one by the court the old guy who was on reception well where I do start not welcoming not friendly this words was bar shut in a nasty tone I fort it was a hotel not a let time hotel looks dirty I would never stay there and needs a friendly welcome I give it 0 stars the property needs updating bad and the old guy needs trading bad 10.august 2023 about 4 30
