Sent a s7 edge off to be repaired cracked screen got a phone back to discover it wasn't even my s7 edge and the don't even know where it is. so my mint condition s7 is nowhere to be seen.lesson learned once paid off won't return

Great shop. But one thing I will say I was there an hour and a half to set up an account with them. And the member of staff actually went for a cigarette.half.way through setting up account which made my wait longer!!!!!
