A store to stay away from not much of a selection of good clothes too expensive to shop in staff not very friendly at all its depressing they should cheer up and start treating they're customers with respect I won't be going in there again

Just heard my branch is closing, with the exception of 1 time (A manager who was a very rude person) I have always had excellent service. The staff throughout the years have all been friendly, chatty and more importantly helpful. Good luck to them all

Visited Bon marche today to exchange a Christmas present (a coat) i received very poor customer service in fact it was down right ignorant all I wanted to do was change the coat I had the receipt as proof of purchase but wasn't allowed to exchange it...you've lost another valued customer never going there again and all for the sake of a small label....

A great good sized store located under cover within the town which has fashion and accessories for women at reasonable prices. It has some real bargains which are even cheaper at sale time or when the friends and family vouchers are issued. Staff are always polite and friendly. The store has a few changing rooms also so you can try before you buy. Although this store can be abit hit and miss it's well worth popping in!

A good shop for women's clothes, from casual to evening wear, and not too expensive. You can often find a bargain as there are often sales or reductions as well. Quite a good place for a browse! There are changing rooms at the back of the store.
